A little firecracker!

Today, I got to meet the lovely Ms. Meera from the West Bank, as she came to prepare for her catheterization tomorrow! She had a portable oxygen tank that she would wiggle away from to play as much as she could before her mom brought her back to it, only for the process to repeat; it was like a car needing to stop for fuel.

She handled the wait well and entertained herself, and eventually got into the hospital room, but that is where her mood changed. She was very resistant to the doctors, and they ended up sedating her.

Last I saw her, she was staring off into space, waiting for the drugs to wear off, but still gave a small, confused wave as I bid her goodbye.
