I returned to Sheba Hospital today to check on eleven-day old Layan from the Hebron area. Her father greeted me as I walked into the PICU room clothed in protective gear. Today there was no blanket covering the head of Layan and I was surprised by her full head of thick black hair. She was breathing well and her oxygen saturation was high, praise God!
Layan’s parents told me that the doctors will decide when to perform the surgery on Sunday. Please pray for this precious baby girl that she would be strong and healthy for this operation, and that it would go smoothly and she would recover quickly.
