A peaceful discharge and return home

This morning, we spontaneously received the message from Sheba Medical Center that Khader will be discharged to Gaza. He had his cath yesterday in which everything worked well and was without complications. So I drove to the hospital to collect Khader and his mother, where they were already waiting. Khader was sleeping with all their bags placed near to him so we could leave directly. After having a humorous bit of confusion about finding the correct floor on the elevator, all in all taking almost ten minutes with that, we were finally leaving the hospital. Happy to report that while driving, Khader was quiet and peaceful. This helped with easy travels. After about an hour, we arrived at the Erez border crossing and said good bye. All in all, just a smooth and easy discharge, thank God!
