First thing this morning, coworker Jakob and I brought sweet Jori and her dad to Sheba hospital after a weekend spent in our community home in Ashdod. Jori needs some follow-up with an ENT doctor to evaluate her paralyzed vocal cord and the trouble she has in eating.
It was a long day for Jori and her dad due to a mix-up about the rooms at the hospital. This didn’t bother our happy girl at all. Jori was all smiles all day to everyone she met. Her big grin is like a bright ray of sunshine brightening the whole room.
Jori will see the doctor for some evaluations tomorrow, after which we will have a better idea of what treatment she may need.
