Today, coworker Doro and I went to Sheba Medical Center to visit little Somaia.
The doctor told us the very good news that Somaia is awake right now.
They also were able to take her off the ventilator for fifteen minutes. It’s not that much time, but she is still very weak and for her present condition, it is a huge progress. Doctors have also begun to start feeding her, and hope that there won’t be another build-up of fluid in her body.
Please pray for her, that she will continue progressing.
