After a night in the hospital for observation, sweet baby Jori was discharged to Gaza today. The doctors were able to see the trouble she has had while eating and a speech therapist worked with Jori’s dad to help him feed her in a way that is safe for her.
Jori is the happiest baby and she made friends with everyone she met during her stay here. She was one of the first babies I met in the ICU when I arrived at Shevet and it’s so sweet to see her so grown up and get to know her spunky personality. We’ll see her again in four months for another check up with her cardiologist.
