During his first night in Ashdod, Saif woke up with a fever and there was a little bit of blood coming out of his tracheostomy. To make sure he is okay, we took him to the Pediatric ER at Sheba Hospital.
After an X-Ray, some blood tests and a lot of waiting, the doctor decided to admit Saif. In the blood test it showed that Saif has pneumonia. The doctors also want to investigate more about the bleeding from the tracheostomy, but this needs time and the right doctors.
During the wait, we shared some things about our lives and we were able to enjoy some free Chanukah donuts together.
