Today we met Masa and her father, who drove here from Bethlehem for a CT scan in preparation for her heart surgery. Masa is a very active and happy girl and loves being silly.
Masa was a little bit unsure when the time for the scan came but also very brave.
When she was done she had a good little nap.
Later she got woken up by a nurse to remove her IV line. She was fasting for hours before the scan, so she ate some snacks brought from home.
She was soon back very fast to being silly.
Thanks to her fast recovery Masa and her father were able to go home right after. Doctors at Sheba will assess her images and develop a plan and date for her surgery, God willing.
