Somaia is doing quite well after her surgery at Sheba Hospital on Thursday and she is quite stable. But she still has a lot of fluid around her lungs and that’s why doctors still couldn’t close her chest.
When I visited Somaia today, her grandma was sitting in Somaia’s room and crying. The situation for her and the whole family is everything but easy. To see her beloved grandchild lying there and knowing that she can’t do anything for her has to be so hard. But still she is very grateful for all the doctors at Sheba and that they are doing everything they can for Somaia.
I asked if I could pray for her and Somaia and she said yes, with gratitude. It is so good to know that you all and so many other people around this world are joining me in prayer for the healing of Somaia!
