Delayed discharge

Yesterday at Sheba Hospital, our sweet little Maryam once again had her PEG re-inserted to her stomach. All went well and it’s now securely in place. Her grandmother has also been taught how to work Maryam’s feedings so when they return to Gaza, there should be no problem concerning her nutrition.

Unfortunately, little Maryam will still have to wait a couple more days in hospital since she is now experiencing a high fever and has been put on antibiotics. She will also have an echo tomorrow, as well as one more before going home. Let’s pray a blessing on Maryam, we know that His plans for her are to prosper and to give her a hope and a future.
