Everyday Layan is making progress and getting better. We thank God for her improvements and we also thank God for the amazing staff of doctors and nurses at Sheba Medical Center for their expertise and care for children like Layan who need life-saving surgeries. When I walked into Layan’s room in the ICU her mother was there to greet me warmly. Her mother reported that she is doing well and that Layan was extubated yesterday. The nurse also confirmed that Layan is making good progress.
