After waiting the whole morning, Liya was finally taken into her catheterisation in the early afternoon. When I visited her before the catheterisation, she was smiling brightly and was so happy.
What she didn’t like at all was that she didn’t get any food and had to stay with an empty stomach the whole day. We played a little hide and seek together before it was finally time for her to have the catheterisation.
After a few hours she was back in her room and the doctors said that her lungs looks much better. Still she has a high pressure on her heart. Tomorrow the doctors want to talk about what to do and when she can have surgery, or if it has to be postponed again.
Let’s pray for Liya and her ongoing treatment. Hopefully she will be better soon and something can be done against her problems.
