Today, after about four weeks in the hospital, little Ali was discharged home. He’s spent most of his life on his Sheba Hospital bed, and of that time, he’s been mostly asleep–but in the last days he’s been healthy and lively, and when he cries for his milk he really cries. We praise God! Ali’s last brain MRI before discharge showed no signs of damage, and his heart is holding on well after his Norwood surgery. It was a great joy to say goodbye to his parents, who have waited on their son so faithfully–and their reward is being able to bring him home with them to finally meet his big sisters. Thank you Father!
We pray for Ali’s continued well-being, and that he’ll have no further complications in the weeks to come.
