Today, Hena had her appointment with the nutritionist as I wrote in her last blog.
Before we had another blood test, Hena was staying calm because she really likes the sugary water which she gets in moments like this. While waiting for the other appointment, she was resting on my lap and I took these pictures, where you can see that she was very happy today.
We entered the nutritionist’s room where it took a brief moment for the doctor to recognize Hena and her uncle from their earlier time in the hospital. We explained the situation that Hena is not growing although she’s eating normally and also sleeping well, so no obvious problems.
Hena’s uncle is preparing a special mix for her milk, which now will have some changes. We hope and pray that these changes will bring about the effect of Hena growing at least a few hundred grams to have her catherization and surgery.
