Hena is doing very well at the moment, and it appears that her uncle is falling in love with her more each day. Today, for example we found him with the baby resting on his lap, and he was hardly able to take his eyes off her, only to show us multiple photos he has taken of her, to his (and therefore our) delight.
Hena looks very grown up and big, with her hair getting long. It’s nice to see that she is starting to thrive and get better. We wait for the antibiotic treatment to finish and then perhaps they might be able to return home to Kurdistan.
