Medication tweaking before discharge

Aurfa spent most of the day running up and down the hallways of the cardiology department of Sheba hospital. She especially loved the play area in the echo waiting area.

I was so happy to hear Aurfa babbling away to herself especially because she experienced vocal chord paralysis after her surgery which prevented her from speaking. Slowly, slowly, she is getting back to her normal chatty self.

Her mother remarked how Aurfa seems to love the hospital; she is full of energy and never gets tired of being there. The echo today was a good one, though she was not yet discharged to Kurdistan. Aurfa must first be weaned from one medication over the next few days and have one week of a new medicine to help treat a small infection in her surgery scar.
