After a difficult week of low oxygen saturations, Yazan had a diagnostic catheterization today to let the doctors see his heart and the surrounding arteries better than they can in echos. The procedure took around two and a half hours and went well without complications. The doctors hope to perform his surgery soon– maybe as soon as next week– and the doctors will review the images from today’s cath to plan the operation.
For now Yazan is resting safely in the ICU with both his mom and dad by his side. Please pray for him, his parents, and the doctors as they get ready for surgery.
