Samaa and her mum returned this week to Kurdistan! Despite the relatively quick time in the hospital, Samaa’s recovery took a little longer because she needed some strong medicine to help get rid of the fluid around her heart.
Thankfully, she was discharged home to Kurdistan with a healthy heart! The travel plans took longer than expected, due firstly to the airline canceling their flight when there was unrest between Israel and Gaza.
When the airline was operating again, Samaa’s mother kindly waited for others of her group of friends to be ready to fly home, so the group could continue to benefit from each other’s friendship and support whilst traveling.
It has been special to meet Samaa and her mother, please pray for God’s very best for their lives and future.
