Arya had his first post-surgical check-up at Sheba Hospital this morning. He didn’t especially enjoy his first echo, and when his cardiologist arrived to do a second one, he was even less pleased.
Even snuggles from his mom weren’t enough to comfort him, so his doctor had to work hard to get good images.
Once the echo was over and Arya had cheered right back up again, his cardiologist shared some good news– so far, everything looks great.
He wants to see Arya again in a few weeks to make sure he’s all good to go before sending him home to Kurdistan, but for now there’s no cause for concern.
After his appointment, Arya was back to his normal silly self and enjoyed showing off his piano skills while he waited to go home.
