Khanda’s grandma is a great encouragement for the other Kurdish mothers at Sheba hospital. Khanda is still in the intermediate department there and continues to find drinking milk quite difficult, although she can suck on the dummy. The neurologist saw her today and did not have any real concerns and predicted she will improve with time.
We heard from the ward doctor that Khanda has some fluid in her chest. This caused her grandma to become a little worried. Khanda will continue to take medicine for this. Hopefully, this is enough treatment to improve the situation.
