Successful catheterization for Sali

Cute and tiny Sali had a catheterization procedure today at Sheba hospital. The whole procedure took about three hours. Hope-fully it has widened one of her arteries sufficiently to address her problem without needing a surgery. Sali’s mother is a lovely woman and was quite calm during the procedure. She was praying in between.

When the doctors came out with tiny Sali, they told her that everything went well. Sali’s mother said thank you to the doctors but first of all she replied with the words “Al-Hamdullulah” (Arabic for thanks be to God) over and over again. It was lovely to see that she gives her thanks to God before all else. Sali and her lovely mother are moved to the ICU now and are looking forward and hoping for a good recovery. Prayers to that end are appreciated.
