We visited Mohammed and his mother at Sheba Hospital today. When we entered their room, they were both sleeping.
I took a few minutes and spoke to the doctor briefly. Mohammed is doing well after the diagnostic cath. He has slight elevation.The operation is scheduled for Sunday.
When Mohammed’s mother was awake and able to talk, I spoke with her for a bit. She is very tired so shortly after the birth of this baby, and is in consultation with the doctor; she would like to go home for a few days, but there is no replacement chaperone available at the moment, as her own mother is not allowed to come.
I also sensed that Mohammed’s mother is very anxious about the operation coming up Sunday. Prayers go up for her, for Mohammed, and for a successful surgery.
