Lovely Mina is chilling out at the hospital, awaiting a possible discharge to Gaza tomorrow. The medical staff are taking pains to be sure she’ll be able to get the proper medication in the proper dosages before releasing her to go home. We’re grateful for the extra care they’re taking with her precious life.
The immense love she has for Mina is obvious, her smile broad and her face glowing as she talked about her. In this woman, I saw a beautiful reminder of the Father heart of God towards his children.
Mina has a blood clot in her leg and is currently on a medication for this. After her blood test today, the doctors will be able to decide if she can return home to Gaza.
Please keep praying for this beautiful little girl and her mother – pray that Mina will soon be well enough to go home. Her mother explained she has a four-year-old son back in Gaza who is really missing them – they can’t wait to be reunited!
Yes Mina is looking more beautiful with each passing day, and doctors report her heart is doing fine. One more echo lies ahead before she may be released to return to Gaza.
Wow! It’s been difficult for us to get in to see Mina in the ICU due to coronavirus restrictions. But today her mother sent us this picture of her brand new baby girl! Mina is out of the ICU and joyful, as is her mother. Doctors are training the mother now how to care for Mina back home, as they anticipate she’ll soon be ready to return to Gaza.
Word today that lovely Mina will be taken in for open-heart surgery tomorrow to repair her heart defect. Thank God for the blessings which Israel is able to share with its neighbors!
Beautiful baby girl Mina from Gaza had a diagnostic catheterization today at the Sheba Medical Center. Her mum understood that this procedure will preceed a larger operation which will hopefully be next week.
Please pray for Mina and her mum, as she is away from her older son for this time of Mina’s treatment. Thank you God for Mina’s life and for the doctors and nurses that care for her without impartiality, but with the utmost commitment and excellence.
