First Day for Siraj

This morning Suhail, Ben and I went to the airport to welcome Siraj and his mom (pictured below, second from the right).
They had a flight overnight. Siraj looks like a well-fed little boy and has a lovely mom. He is diagnosed with Ventricular Septal Defect (VSD). After arriving I did the first checkup at the airport and than we went straight to Wolfson hospital for his first assesments.
At the hospital they were very kind. Mom got a breakfast because of the night flight and although she was very tired, the breakfast gave her some energy. Siraj was not so happy during the assesments. Mom breastfed him in between to comfort him.
Apart from the echo everything was done. There was no time for the echo so tomorrow morning we will return. It was a very long and tiring day for both of them. As soon as we were back at the Shevet house, they went to bed. Pray for Siraj and his mom. That they settle down and feel okay. Pray that everything what is ahead of them will go smoothly. May they be blessed by the love of Messiah.
